Ability to perform basic barbell strength movements, i.e. squats, deadlifts, and shoulder press.
Cable machines, dumbbells, leg press, etc.
What to Expect:
Each week includes 5 days of workouts, two rest days and two optional HIIT workouts.
The overall goal is to improve your strength, endurance and muscle hypertrophy (growth).
All movements will have videos demos.
