The Fit Wiz Method Bodybuilding Track is perfect for people looking to get lean and look good naked!



  • Ability to perform basic barbell strength movements, i.e. squats, deadlifts, and shoulder press.

  • Cable machines, dumbbells, leg press, etc. 


What to Expect:

  • Each week includes 5 days of workouts, two rest days and two optional HIIT workouts. 

  • The overall goal is to improve your strength, endurance and muscle hypertrophy (growth).

  • All movements will have videos demos.

  • All programming will be released weekly on Sundays via TrueCoach App.
