The Fit Wiz Method Minimalist Track is perfect for people looking for dumbbell and bodyweight only home program

 

Requirements:

  • Dumbbells (preferably two sets, light and moderate), jump rope, and running space/route.

  • Ability to perform basic strength movements, i.e. squats, deadlifts, and shoulder press.

 

What to Expect:

  • Our TFW Minimalist Program requires only 30-45min/day to increase strength, improve joint/tendon health, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance.

  • Includes 4 days/week programming splits inlcuding upperbody, lowerbody, conditioning, and full-body workouts.

  • Each day will include warm-ups, video demo links to each movement, scaling options, and optional accessory or core work.

  • All programming will be released weekly on Sundays via TrueCoach App.
