This is the perfect program for individuals with minimal equipment and time. Our TFW Minimalist Program requires only 30-45min/day to increase strength, improve joint/tendon health, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. Programming will require a pair of light and moderate weight dumbbells, jump rope, and access to an area for running. This track includes 4 days/week programming.
*All programs will include warm-ups, mobility, and accessory work. Workouts will be released weekly.
