What To expect

A structured program designed to help you lose fat or build muscle, depending on your personal goal. Included is a recipe guide, with options for you to choose the version that matches your goal, whether you’re aiming to lean out or gain muscle. Be sure to include your before & after photo submissions for day 1, and day 60 for a chance to win: First Place: 6 months of free training. Second Place: 3 months of free training. Requirements

Ability to perform basic barbell strength movements, i.e. squats, deadlifts, and shoulder press. Cable machines, dumbbells, leg press, etc.

You can sub running for bike, row, stairmaster, etc.

These programs are meant to fit any level. You do need to be in good health and should always seek clearance with a doctor before starting any exercise activity.

Please cancel your membership within 48 hours before your auto-renewal date to allow us to cancel the subscription. Our functional fitness tracks (Recreation and Competition) are a combination or bodybuilding, functional fitness, and daily metcons (CrossFit WODs).

If you miss a workout, try to make up for it on your rest day. If you are unable to make it up, continue on to the following week.

Our programs are based on either your personal percentages or RPE. You can save your metrics in order to track personalized percentages.
