What To expect

The program offers a functional mix of strength, metcons, core, and accessory movements for general physical preparedness (GPP). Warm-ups are included. This is perfect for the everyday athlete with access to a CrossFit box or traditional gym. Be prepared to increase muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, and mobility. The cycles within this program will be similar to the comp track, but with less volume and time demand. All programming will be released weekly on Sundays through the TrueCoach App

Requirements

Barbell & plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, rower and/or bike, jump rope, running space or treadmill Individuals should be able to perform basic barbell movements with correct form, i.e. squat, deadlift, shoulder press. Optional olympic lifts are included.

You can sub running for bike, row, stairmaster, etc.

These programs are meant to fit any level. You do need to be in good health and should always seek clearance with a doctor before starting any exercise activity.

If you are training on the TrueCoach app, send us an email to get your account canceled (team@thefitwizmethod.com). If you are training on the Metron App, you can go into the app and cancel your membership.

Our functional fitness tracks (Recreation and Competition) are a combination or bodybuilding, functional fitness, and daily metcons (CrossFit WODs).

If you miss a workout, try to make up for it on your rest day. If you are unable to make it up, continue on to the following week.

Our programs are based on either your personal percentages or RPE. You can save your metrics in order to track personalized percentages.
